Barcelona – The painted house

I discovered this pretty house when I first ran home from work. I had to interrupt my running (something I really don’t like to do!) to have a look at it. It is basically a house which has its side painted over and it looks like a house from the ‘20s – ‘30s. I did some research to find out more about its story but there’s nothing on the Internet about it. I took some photos to show you. I love all the details on the painted balconies but my favourite is the pet leopard.

It is on the side of a playground in the corner of Carrer de Lepant and Avinguda Diagonal. It’s definitely not in any guidebook! Have a look at it if you wander around that area.
